• Working experience on BMC helix ITSM that includes Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management modules.
• Knowledge of configuring Approvals for Service Request and Change Modules.
• Design and develop DWPC service catalogues as per business requirements.
• Configure and maintain BMC Helix platform to meet the needs of the organization.
• Troubleshot issues in BMC Helix system.
• Maintain documentation on configuration and use of BMC Helix system.
• Work with other teams to integrate the BMC helix platform with other systems and applications.
• Working experience in BMC Helix iPaaS solution for integrations to address advanced business process and system integrations.
• Experienced in Developing, Testing, and deploying integrations between BMC Helix system and other applications using the REST API.
• Strong experience in developing web based dashboards using BMC Helix dashboard designer.
• Develop and design new dashboards and widgets based on the business requirements
• Must be a quick learner and a team player
• We would like to have a new to support the current Helix CMDB and Auto discovery infrastructure.
• Activities associated with normalization and reconciliation rules, issues, and other KTLO items. Also creates canned reports for consumption based on demand.
• Working on data quality/completeness efforts in support of existing resource doing the mapping/modeling work and partnering with app owners to ensure mapping, modeling, representation, and accuracy of info.
• Discovery efforts and address any items affecting scanning. Ensure IP ranges are setup as needed, credentials are in place, fixing if/as appropriate. TKU updates in place, and general care and feeding of environment.
