Communications industry is one of the strategic domains for us in South East Asia for driving future growth in the region with leading Telcos. We are looking for passionate domain consulting and transformation leader to accelerate this growth.

As part of Domain & Consulting team, the Communication & Media Industry Unit is a global group of highly skilled and experienced transformation consultants & practitioners. We combine passion, thought leadership, deep-domain insights and our real-world experiences to help clients shape and deliver against their ambitions.

Responsibilities:

Drive business growth for Communications domain & consulting practice for the region.
You will build a trusted advisory relationship with the client CXOs & senior management by demonstrating thought leadership & active engagements. Challenge the status-quo, thinking of the client, creating a rapport & ambition which is pragmatic.
Launching proactive campaigns, lead RFP responses and providing E2E Solution for the client, ensuring that it is aligned to the business, Architecture as well as technical aspects.
Collaborating with strategic partners ( e.g. Oracle, Ericsson) and internal practices of Wipro(e.g. Digital/Cloud) to conceptualize and drive E2E solutions which make customer ambition possible and differentiate in the market.
Leading local domain teams and motivating them to work together, spotting blockers and laying out creative solutions.
Creating and capturing best practices, driving thought leadership within Wipro as well the client teams.

Desired Competencies:

Domain Skills

10+ years experience in consulting & solution architecture in communications industry with a strong point of view and experience of delivering couple of large scale digital transformation in B/OSS.
Good understanding of B/OSS domains for mobile & fixed line communications Industry across Lead-to-Cash and Trouble to resolve.
Proven experience in leading E2E solution architecture/design for large scale B/OSS transformation programs for tier-1 operators leveraging industry leading B/OSS COTS like Oracle, SalesForce, Amdocs, Nokia FlowOne etc.
Experience of new age solutions like Cloud, DevOps and Microservices based architecture based on TMF ODA compliance
3+ years experience in pre-sales solutions developing Proposal for large and complex projects involving multiple technologies across B/OSS domains.
