PuneExp: 4years Roles andResponsibilities:
Assist in preparation PO Materialagainst BOQ & also as per the site requirements
Assist in coordination with procurement team to ensure timelydelivery of materials on site
Regularly attending tosite meetings with architect consultants PMC and client
Monitoring the onsite project work along with architect consultantsPMC and client
Submission of Daily and weekly progressreports to PMC and architect
Assist in Preparation ofProject billing and invoice submission
Assist in Testingcommissioning as per site requirements
Coordinated dailyactivities with the PM subcontractors to ensure the safe/efficienthandover of electrical systems
To keep a check that thecontracts are kept current and being updated with change orders ifany on a regular basis in coordination with PM
Assist inPreparation of Final bills handing over documentation and as builtdrawing closure
Coordinating with subcontractor withhelp of PM and Engineer to accomplish desired project goal withinschedule.
Ensures that Company policies and projectprocedures are being adhered to in coordination with PM
Directs and maintains discipline and morale of the project staffalong with PM.
All jobs as assigned by the VPProjects/PM/MD Qualification & PreferredSkills:
BE/Diploma/ITI (Electrical with 78 years ofexperience in site supervision
Excellent communicationskills
Teamwork & Leadership skillspreferred.
IT Skills MS Excel WordPowerpoint. Familiarity with GoogleWorkspace is preferred.
