Summary/Objective:
The HR Officer/Sr. Officer is responsible for the HR Operations in Mumbai for a head count of 250+. The position encompasses the role of an HR focusing on all activities related to HRMIS in the life cycle of the employee and Business partnering role. The potential recruit is expected to have a solid experience in HR practices, statutory compliance and a sound knowledge in employee life cycle.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
*Direct and monitor the processing and entry of employee source data and documentation into the human resources information system and the manual personnel files.
Develop and implement policies and systems to ensure the highest standard of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in personnel records management.
Taking care of Attendance, Variable Pay and PMS activities
Drive Employee engagement activities
Grievance management
Attrition analysis
Ensuring smooth exit of an employee
HR Business Partner:
1. Support end to end HR service delivery
2. Foster a strong business relationship with the stake holders
3. Induction and assimilation of the new joiners
4. Employee Confirmation, Performance Management and Appraisals
5. Employee Grievance and counseling
6. Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand their concerns and implement action plan to address them
7. Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units
8. Focus on supervisory enablement activities
9. Plan and execute engagement activities for the location
10. Address and resolve employee queries in a timely manner
11. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
12. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensuring regulatory compliance
13. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity
14. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
15. Attrition Management and retention
16. Manage all the documentation related to the employees that includes employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents and exit documents
Reports, Audits & Compliances:
Responsible for managing internal reports related with ELCM & Employee Engagement activities
Insuring proper database of reports are maintained
Manage & facing internal & external audits
Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances
Training & Development:
Ensuring that proper induction and adequate trainings are been imparted to employees
Facilitate & co-ordinate internal & external trainings for the employees
Corporate Initiatives:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day services and operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations and standards of practice
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG- Post Graduate Specialization in Human Resource Management
The candidate should have had at least 4-6 years of work experience as an HR generalist preferably in a BPM environment
