    Description

    Job description :-We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR professional to handle Payroll, Comp. & Benefits, Process Excellence, HR Ops & co-own Statutory compliances with external consultants). based out of our corporate office in Bangalore reporting directly to the Head of HR.

    Enagement qctivities , KPI & KRA Management , Compensation benifit , Payroll and generation of the final pay register come under your scope.

    However, you will closely collaborate with Finance for audit and pay-out.You will work closely with the rest of the HR team members (HRBP, HR Generalists, TA Specialists) in ensuring the best adherence to the set HR processes internally.

    Additionally, process improvement, rolling out new processes from time to time to suit business priorities is one of your key responsibilities.

    You will support & educate employees pertaining to company policies, and various benefits & address grievances related to salary, leave & other entitlements.

    You are in charge of ISO compliance for the HR Dept. and hence the custodian of all documentation and associated processes.
