    Position: Executive Assistant - Founder's Office

    Location: Pune, India

    Job Type: Full-time

We are actively looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Founder's Office. This critical role demands exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks to ensure the Founder's effectiveness and the smooth operation of the founder's office.

    What you'll do:

    • Manage the Founders' calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Prepare, draft and edit documents, reports, presentations, MIS for stakeholders, MOM(Minutes of meeting), etc.
    • Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the Founders.
    • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
    • Ensure all travel arrangements align with the Founders' preferences and business needs.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and matters related to the Founder and the organization.
    • Act as a primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Draft and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the Founders.
    • Organize and coordinate executive team meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.
    • Prioritize and manage the Founders' tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
    • Keep the Founders informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of a minimum of 2+ years as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in office software and tools, including MS Office and calendar management software.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
