    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, including business rules, client scripts, server-side scripts, UI actions, and notifications.
    • Design and develop user interfaces within the ServiceNow Service Portal using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
    • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of core platform functionality (Workflow, Service Catalog, Service Portal).
    • Experience developing scoped applications within ServiceNow.
    • Proven experience in developing server-side scripts and client scripts in ServiceNow.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
    • Experience with AngularJS is a plus.
    • Experience with database development is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies
