In this role youwill be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely processingof vendor payments maintaining accurate financial records andsupporting other crucial accounting functions. You will play a keyrole in maintaining strong relationships with our vendors andcontributing to the financial health of ourorganization.

Responsibilities:

• Initiateand coordinate vendor payments
  
• Implementand maintain systems for efficient inventorymanagement.
  
• Analyseinventory data and identify potential cost savingsopportunities.
  
• Reconcilebank statements and investigatediscrepancies.
  
• Researchand resolve discrepancies in invoices andpayments
  
• Assistwith other accounting tasks as assignedsuch as accounts receivablegeneral ledger entries andreporting.
  
• Assistwith payroll processing tasks asassigned
  

Requirements

• Minimumof 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a relatedaccountingrole.
  
• Understandingof accounting principles andprocedures.
  
• Proficiencyin accountingsoftware.
  
• Experiencewith inventory management systems and bestpractices.
  
• Familiaritywith payroll processing procedures(preferred).
  
• Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
  
• Meticulousattention to detail andaccuracy.

Minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) or CA Interqualification. Age 30 or above. Proven experience in an accountingor auditing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, taxregulations, and reporting standards. Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite and accounting software. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a high levelof accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
