    Description


    Spearhead the formulation of innovative content strategies tailored for integrated marketing campaigns, spanning across diverse channels such as digital platforms, print media, and social networks.


    • Drive the creation of compelling, resonant messaging that encapsulates our brand ethos and captivates our target demographic across various touchpoints.
    • Champion the evolution and refinement of our brand voice, ensuring consistency and relevance in all communication endeavors.
    • Take on a leadership role within the content team, guiding and inspiring junior copywriters to unlock their full potential through mentorship and constructive feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative environment within the team, fostering crossfunctional partnerships with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless alignment.
    • Craft and refine engaging content across a multitude of platforms including websites, email campaigns, advertisements, product descriptions, and more, elevating the overall quality.
    • Write content for performance ads push notifications etc
    • Be responsible for moment marketing finds and curating smart engagement
    • Explore deeply by researching online and talking to experts to understand what our target audience wants and feels.
    • Conduct rigorous editing and proofreading to uphold the highest standards of clarity, coherence, and persuasiveness in all written materials.
    • Stay at the vanguard of industry trends, competitor insights, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous innovation and evolution.

    Experience :

    • Degree in English Literature or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in language and communication.
    • Proven track record of 610 years in copywriting, ideally within both agency and corporate environments, showcasing extensive experience and adaptability.
    • Indepth understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior, enabling strategic content creation aligned with business objectives.
    • Innate creativity and storytelling prowess, with a knack for generating innovative ideas that deeply resonate with target audiences.
    • Demonstrated success in crafting digital ad campaigns, compelling video scripts, and impactful content pieces, highlighting a history of driving engagement and conversions.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills essential for thriving in fastpaced, deadlinedriven environments, fostering teamwork and synergy across departments.
    • Adaptability to collaborative challenges, showcasing resilience and the ability to excel under pressure.
