- Own 0-to-1 Initiatives: Be an entrepreneur-in-residence and lead new 0-to-1 initiatives and experiments across marketing, product and operations
- Program Management: Running PMO for core central projects; working closely with key influencers and decision-makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth
- Scaling Execution Playbooks: Be the strategic contributor to our most critical scaling initiatives and develop processes, metrics, and products to drive 10x scale
- Strategic Planning: Lead areas of strategic planning, business-plan creation and developing and driving OKRs across teams
- 2-5 years of experience as a consultant with a top-tier firm or a startup operator at a fast-growing early-stage startup. Past founding experience is a bonus.
- Education: MBA from a Tier 1 college
- You're passionate about the startups and tech ecosystem
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- You have strong interpersonal & communication skills
- You have strong team skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management
- You're adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Are you a driven management consultant, startup operator or ex-founder seeking a chance to make an exponential impact? As part of the Founder's office at Airblack, you'd be shaping the future of skilling education in India and empowering millions of women to reach their livelihood goals.
Working closely with the founders, you'll have close access to all the projects and initiatives at Airblack. From 0-to-1 marketing initiatives to building high-impact skilling products, you will be a key P&L owner for multiple critical initiatives and be in the driving seat for our corporate strategy.
