    Corporate Regional Sales Lead needed in an Architectural Firm in Mumbai.

    Job Roles and Responsibilities:
    Handling categories across Building products like Bath and Sanitation, Luxury Furniture, kitchen, marbles, Home Automation, Wall decor etc.
    Establishing contact and developing relationships with Building Material Brands, Architects and Interior Designers.
    Build connections within the industry for projects - Residential, Commercial & others
    Identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
    Identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive factors to develop a business growth strategy.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the companys products or services.
    Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the senior management team.
    Gather feedback from clients to improve products continuously or services and maintain high customer satisfaction
