    Job Summary:

    - The Head of Digital Marketing at Microtek is a pivotal role responsible for defining and executing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across all digital platforms.

    - This leadership position involves managing the digital marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data analytics to inform decisions and drive performance.

    - The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a passion for digital innovation, a proven track record in digital marketing strategy, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing Strategy:

    - Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Microtek's business objectives and market positioning.

    - Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    Leadership and Team Management:

    - Manage the digital marketing team, setting clear goals, and providing ongoing coaching and development.

    - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

    Performance Marketing and ROI:

    - Oversee the management of all digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

    - Monitor campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently to maximize results.

    Content Strategy and Branding:

    - Work closely with the content team to develop a content strategy that supports SEO objectives and brand messaging.

    - Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing efforts.

    SEO and SEM:

    - Implement strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.

    - Manage SEM campaigns to optimize for conversions and ROI.

    Analytics and Insights:

    - Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

    - Regularly report on digital marketing performance to senior management, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.

    Market Trends and Innovation:

    - Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:
