    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to conduct business development activities, improve product awareness, and drive regional business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engagement calendars, leading customer relationships, and supporting sales teams with technical challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct seminars, CMEs, and in-service programs to enhance the value proposition of our products among clinical and economic buyers.
    2. BUILD clinical capabilities among regional direct selling organizations and channel partners through training and evaluation.
    3. Create and implement regional engagement calendars to increase brand awareness and create opportunities at relevant levels.
    4. Support sales teams with product evaluations and troubleshooting to achieve high product penetration and query resolution rates.
    5. Develop and maintain key customer relationships and KOL networks to drive conversions and ensure full product usage by leading client organizations.
    6. Coordinate timely completion of clinical and economic studies within the region to meet annual targets.

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Working Arrangements:

    This role is based in Mumbai, CHub Town Solaris, with additional locations as needed.
