Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing performance testing strategies and evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues, utilizing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.
• Design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios, utilizing programming languages like Java and Python.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in performance testing and automation, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

• Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with programming languages like Java and Python.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and techniques.
• Experience in load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting performance test results.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance testing strategy.
