• Musthave represented at the district state or national level incricket.
  
• Minimum of 12 years ofcoaching experience incricket.
  

Location:Gurgaon Haryana

WorkingDays: Monday Tuesday Wednesday SaturdaySunday

Timings:5:00 PM 7:00PM

Salary: 650 persession (additional compensation based on experience and interviewperformance)

Responsibilities:

• Assistin conducting cricket coaching sessions for junior players focusingon skill development and gametactics.
  
• Support the head coach inorganizing training drills practice matches and fitnesssessions.
  
• Provide individualizedcoaching to players addressing areas for improvement and promotingoverall growth.
  
• Foster a positiveand encouraging learning environment to motivate young players andinstill confidence.
  
• Ensure adherenceto safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions andmatches.
  
• Collaborate with othercoaches and staff members to develop and implement trainingprograms and strategies.
  
• Attendcoaching meetings workshops and seminars to enhance coachingknowledge andskills.
  

Requirements:

• Strongcricket playing background with a passion for coaching andmentoring young players.
  
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connectwith junior players.
  
• Understandingof cricket techniques rules and gamestrategies.
  
• Previous coachingexperience at the junior level ispreferred.
  
• Commitment to playerdevelopment sportsmanship andteamwork.
  
• Certification in coachingor relevant cricket coaching courses would be anadvantage.
