    To develop secondary sales

    You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and expand our customer base within the domestic market. You will lead a team of sales representatives, build strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Sales strategy and planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and business plan to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned region. Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and key competitors. Set sales goals, forecast sales volumes, and monitor performance against targets. Team management and leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear expectations, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive and motivated work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and implement necessary training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges. Act as the main point of contact for major accounts, handle negotiations, and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market intelligence and competitor analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market. Sales performance monitoring and reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the senior management team. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations. Sales presentations and negotiations: Lead sales presentations and negotiations with key customers and prospects. Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively. Understand customer requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and operations teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer requirements. Provide feedback from the field to guide product development and improvement initiatives. Requirements: Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing are advantageous. Relevant work experience: Proven track record of successful sales management and achieving sales targets, preferably in the domestic market. Previous experience in a leadership role is required. Strong sales acumen: Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively. Leadership and team management skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills. Proven ability to build a high-performing sales team and foster a collaborative work environment. Customer-centric approach: Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and establish long-term partnerships. Analytical and strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market insights and business objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills: Clear and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with customers.
