    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
    • Target-oriented mindset and ability to achieve sales goals.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with the recruitment and consultancy industry is a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our services.
    • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
    • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.
    • Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
