    Position Summary

Adobe Mix Modeler is a unified marketing measurement solution built natively on top of Adobe Experience Platform. With Adobe Mix Modeler's powerful AI, marketing leaders can understand the impact of every marketing dollar spent across paid, earned, and owned channels so they can confidently plan and optimize marketing investments for the future.

In this role, as a Senior Product Manager, you will execute against a significant portion of Mix Modeler's roadmap across a mix of features that includes data management, data mapping, reporting/egress and drive associated user experience.

You will collaborate with your PM counterparts in the US and work closely with your co-located engineering team to deliver quantitative value at scale.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise product manager with experience building scalable and commercially viable solutions. They diligently think through a problem but also err toward speed to market and are most comfortable iterating to increase customer value.

This person is ready to help Mix Modeler disrupt the marketing measurement and planning space and will ensure the offering continues to meet and surpass its growth targets.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and execute against Adobe Mix Modeler's roadmap and goals in close partnership your PM peers, product marketing, GTM partners, design and engineering.
    • Act as the 'Product Owner' for a subset of Mix Modeler's feature areas and drive execution with your co-located engineering partners. Project work will include driving 'end to end' feature development, starting in data ingestion and continuing through reporting and associated user experiences.
    • Write clear and thorough product requirements and complete basic wire-framing as needed to ensure engineering partners have what they need to implement your vision. This includes determining the appropriate definition of phasing and iterative steps needed to get to customer value quickly and growing from there.
    • Help define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of Mix Modeler across all stages of customer adoption.
    • Actively participate in cross-functional presentations and whiteboarding sessions including producing compelling content as needed.

    Required Skills and Background:

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management or related fields, preferably with a deep understanding in marketing or media measurement.
    • Successfully ideated, managed and launched end-to-end product features focused on data management, egress, ingress, mapping and/or reporting elements with a dedicated user experience that drove tangible customer adoption.
    • Proven ability to lead, collaborate and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed, and geographically/time-zone distributed environment.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment, following methodologies such as Scrum or very comfortable driving value pragmatically through both incremental feature improvements and large scale project rollouts.
    • Track record of working with Product and GTM partners in other locales on a recurring basis inclusive of managing morning and night time calls as needed.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to converge technical concepts and market opportunities into product requirements.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Preferably some experience in AI/ML concepts focused on measurement and statistical analysis.
