    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Work with internal teams and external agencies for content creation/advertising and distribution across traditional and digital media
    • He/She will be responsible for the design and delivery of customer communication across all touch points.
    • Drive brand narratives across offline, digital and social media platforms for awareness, engagement, salience, and preference
    • Assist in developing an annual brand calendar, manage budgets and track expenditures
    • Ensure adherence of brand guidelines across all touchpoints
    • Design, and track brand health parameters through research
    • Design mechanisms to gain and disseminate consumer insights to relevant Stakeholders
    • Map competition on product offerings/features, advertising and marketing initiatives and publish the actionable insights regularly
    • Track communication best practices across industries and share with internal stakeholders to derive inspiration
    • Ensure our ecommerce store is regularly updated with new products and promotions
    • Developing subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts
    • Having the ability to multitask, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Negotiating with multiple vendors, getting PO raised and invoicing done
    • Strategize still shoots with photographers, product unboxing videos, product descriptor videos with the agency. Managing end to end operations to deliver the final and finished creative / images, videos.
    • Knowledge of uploading A+ content, listings on Ecommerce portals

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Minimum 4+ year experience in handling Ecommerce brands
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Organizational and timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment
    • Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a similar discipline
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic, datadriven decisions
    • Experience with Ecommerce platforms
