- Ensure the correct functioning of safety systems, including STP and Fire Hydrant systems.
- Monitor and enforce safety discipline within the company premises and ensure that all standing instructions related to work permits are followed.
- Manage GPCB/CGWA consent and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Implement and maintain a 5S program in the plant and work areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- At least 25 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of safety laws and regulations, including GPCB and CGWA requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range of 3.60 to 4.20 Lacs P/A.
