    Description

    1.Annual Remuneration cycle coordination and consolidation between countries and the Group Inc. Staff bonus, MBO, Bonus letter templates and annual merit cycle, per timelines. Analysis as needed on data for decision making.

    2.Coordination on LTIPs on i- Orbit and with Country HRMs for any LTIP payouts coordination in compliance with the new CMCs. (this includes liasoning with local payroll teams for driving tax compliances also)

    3.Consolidate off cycle approvals from Country HRs and send to group for monthly per current practice.

    4.Analysis of off-cycle approval data on various metrics and drill downs (BL, Country, talent criticality) vis a vis attrition, open positions.

    5.Manpower Planning

    • Work with CHRMs to create a manpower planning process to proactively have visibility on addition of manpower for sharper reviews and proactive pipeline creation.
    • Work with backend teams of Oracle and Lucie for forecasting license procurement and other requests.
    • Coordinate with CHRMs and APAC LT to flag critical talent requirement for proactive talent building.

    6.Create and maintain APAC level Business Intelligence based dashboard for tracking critical people metrics. Key talent metrics tracked.

    • HC – Direct and Contractors
    • Attrition – Voluntary & involuntary
    • Overtime BL wise, country wise
    • Diversity Ratios
    • Recruitment efficiencies – TAT in hiring, Source mix

    7.HR CMC controller for APAC

    • Perform a monthly audit check on ensuring all CMCs in HR are met within APAC region.
    • Work with new hires to onboard them on change in CMCs and other regional processes.
    • Act as the bridge between EVP HRs office with Regional HRD and Country HRs to clarify on any operational aspects of CMCs that may have been modified or changed.

    8.Fusion Super User

    • Work with CHRMs to ensure that data quality is complete and accurate through monthly audits.
    • Work with CHRMs to educate teams and managers on FUSION and help in query solving through coordinating with global FUSION experts and EVP HRs office.
    • Work with EVP HRs team on Champions data preparation coordinating across countries.
    • Flag and resolve in time any challenges experienced by countries on Champions roll out and access by employees.
    • Support Regional HRD with coordination and follow up tracking with CHRMs on action planning follow up on Champions outcomes.

    9.Designated Project Coordinator for APAC level projects e.g. Payroll consolidation project – IRIS, new system roll outs.

    10.Support APAC HRD for any special data gathering / one off project requirements from Group/ Region/ Projects.

    Qualification: MBA in HR
