Incident Manager - Kochi, India - Art Technology and Software India Pvt Ltd
Description
You will be responsiblefor:Immediatelyassembling an incident response team of appropriately skilledknowledgeable and empowered colleagues on identification of anincident.
Leadingthat team through investigation of the incident identification andconfirmation of the root cause through to resolution (via interimremediation/mitigation asappropriate)
Keepingthe incident response team strictlyfocused
Drawingin additional resources as needed ensuring that colleaguescustomers and impacted partners are kept fully up to date at alltimes
Overseeingand confirming successful completion of any post incident clean upactivity (e.g. corrections/reversion of temporaryworkarounds)
Ensuringthat all incident reports are completed in a timely manner andshared with impacted clients and internal teams asappropriate.
Followupwith all Stakeholders to deliver fixes solutions to incident rootcauses and strengthening actions to avoid anyrecurrence.Buildand continually develop strong relationships and the highest levelsof credibility with keystakeholders
Provideincisive analysis and reports on long term incident and serviceavailability trends. Drive action plans to further minimizeincidents.
Whatyou llneed:
Provenexperience preferably in a Problem Manager/Incident Leadership typerole ideally within a similarindustry
Provenleadership experience (either formal line management or ad hoc teamleadership) in continually evolving/change intensiveenvironments
ITILor similarcertification
Strongunderstanding of Mastercard and Visa processing transactionprocessing systemsreconciliation
Abilityto remain calm and focused during time pressuredsituations
Riskmanagement understand appreciate and manage risk across multipleprocesses andmarkets
Abilityto thrive in a matrix leadershiporganization
Excellentoral and written communication skills inEnglish.Ability toperform well both within a geographically disparate team andautonomously
Strongunderstanding of and adherence to Information Securityrequirements
Experiencedin MSOffice
Amethodical approach with keen attention todetail
Abilityto multitask and priorities with strong sense of urgency andefficiency in completingdeliverables
