    JOB PROFILE:

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

    Lead a team of quality professionals, including quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians, to effectively execute quality control measures across all stages of the manufacturing process.

    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and processes, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement.

    Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

    Drive a culture of quality excellence through training, coaching, and mentorship initiatives, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and accountability.

    Implement robust quality assurance tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC), to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.

    Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, conducting supplier audits as necessary.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to quality assurance, recommending and implementing best practices to maintain our competitive edge.

    Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting quality performance metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

    Proven experience (X years) in a quality assurance leadership role within the white goods, appliances, coil, or HVAC manufacturing industry.

    In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), and methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
    Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
    Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
    Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is desirable.
    Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as ERP systems, quality management software (QMS), and statistical analysis tools.
