    Responsibilities

    • Determinepotential business growthopportunities.
    • Develop good relationship withthe customers and partners.
    • Implement newbusiness development strategies to maximise profit andsales.
    • Determine new investment opportunitiesthrough market research and trends.
    • Providecustomer satisfaction throughnegotiation.
    • Implement operational changes withproper planning and strategy.
    • Understand theneed and preference of the customer and ensure that they arefulfilled.
    • Meeting the customers and brief themwith the policies and procedures of thecompany.
    • Train and mentor the staff wheneverrequired.
    • Discuss the new strategies andpolicies with other concerneddepartments.
    • Develop new business strategiesaccording to the law and legal procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelorin Business Administration Marketing or relevantfield.
    • 5 years experience of working as aBusiness Development Manager or SalesManager.
    • Excellent communicationskills.
    • Outstanding leadershipskills
    • Good Project Management andOrganisational Skills.
    • Proficient in MS Officeand CRM softwares like Zoho Base CRMetc.
    • Excellent Time Managementskills.
