    Overview:

    The Directorof Sales plays a crucial role in driving sales strategies andrevenue growth in the edtech industry. This position is integral tothe organizations success as it involves leading and motivating asales team to achieve and exceed targets as well as contributing tothe overall marketstrategy.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and executesales strategies to meet and exceed revenuetargets
    • Lead mentor and motivate the sales teamto drive performance and achieve individual and collectivegoals
    • Conduct market research to identify newopportunities and market trends
    • Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop integrated sales and marketingstrategies
    • Negotiate and close key contractsand partnerships with clients andstakeholders
    • Monitor and analyze salesperformance metrics to ensure continuousimprovement
    • Represent the company at industryevents and conferences
    • Provide regular reportsand updates on sales activities andperformance
    • Support the development of salestraining programs and materials

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or related field; Masters degreepreferred
    • Proven track record of success insales leadership roles within the edtechindustry
    • Demonstrated experience in developingand implementing successful salesstrategies
    • Strong understanding of salesperformance metrics and data analysis
    • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet withclients and attend industry events
    • Experiencein managing and motivating a highperforming salesteam
    • Strategic thinker with strongproblemsolving abilities
    • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office suite
    • Knowledgeof current trends and developments in the edtechindustry
