    Overview:


    TheSenior Executive Talent Acquisition plays a key role in attractingsourcing and recruiting top talent to meet the organizationsstaffing needs. They are responsible for developing andimplementing recruitment strategies building a strong candidatepipeline and ensuring a positive candidateexperience.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand execute recruitment strategies to attract toptalent.
    • Source candidates through variouschannels including social media and jobboards.
    • Conduct interviews and assesscandidates skills and fit for theorganization.
    • Manage the endtoend recruitmentprocess from job postings to offernegotiations.
    • Collaborate with hiring managersto understand staffing needs andrequirements.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with candidates external partners andvendors.
    • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in talent acquisition.
    • Ensurecompliance with HR laws and regulations throughout the recruitmentprocess.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisitionpreferably in a senior executiverole.
    • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing andrecruiting techniques.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Strong decisionmakingand negotiation abilities.
    • Familiarity with HRsoftware and applicant trackingsystems.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize ina fastpacedenvironment.
