    JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Executive/ Customer Sales Representative

    We are looking for CSR / LGE to boost our sales by communicating with customers.

    Agent should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.

    JOB DETAILS:

    Timings 5.30AM to 2.30PM

    Week Offs - Sunday

    Half Day - Saturday

    Fixed Shifts

    For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 3-6months of international outbound experience

    Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a similar role in the Sales Department.

    Great interpersonal skills.

    Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

    Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

    Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

    Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and generate potential sales leads.

    Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered and present their benefits. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements. Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their needs. Record the customers personal information accurately in the computer system. Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
