    :

    The Digital Analytics Implementation and Tagging Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring accurate data collection, tagging, and implementation of analytics solutions.

    This role demands a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch Tag Manager, SQL, ETL processes, and a deep commitment to data accuracy and quality.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tagging requirements for digital properties, such as websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

    Utilize Adobe Launch Tag Manager to implement and manage tagging solutions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
    Configure Adobe Analytics to collect and report on relevant KPIs, events, and dimensions, customizing reports and dashboards as needed.
    Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to process and transform data for analysis and reporting purposes.

    Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various data sources, with a strong focus on data quality.

    Conduct regular audits to ensure proper data collection, consistency, and data integrity.
    Troubleshoot and resolve tagging issues, tracking discrepancies, and data anomalies.
    Perform A/B testing and experimentation to improve data collection strategies and website/app performance.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital analytics, tagging, and data integration.
    Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize user experiences and business outcomes.
    Work closely with other data analysts and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions and alignment with business goals.


    Qualifications:


    5-7 years of experienceBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or Analytics).Proven experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Tag Manager, including tagging implementations and configurations.

    Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
    Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
    Knowledge of web and mobile app analytics, A/B testing, and data visualization tools.
    Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    Analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
    Relevant certifications in Adobe Analytics Launch is a plus.
