    Recruitment Planning and Execution

    The role of a recruiter at White-Force involves strategic planning and execution to identify, attract, retain, and develop top talent. This includes creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's goals and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and submit recruiting plans that align with organizational objectives.
    • Determine recruitment requirements by analyzing job descriptions, qualifications, and business needs.
    • Attract and source high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
    • Arrange management interviews and coordinate schedules to ensure timely hiring decisions.
    • Maintain accurate records of applicant data, interview feedback, and recruitment processes in the HR system.
    • Develop and implement a pool of qualified candidates to support future hiring needs.

    Requirements and Expectations:
