Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics, etc);
Driving end to end digital marketing transformation at client organizations by scoping and shaping strategy, business goals, marketing innovation, programs and deliverables.
Mapping marketing and business strategies into architecture and technology strategy
Leading digital marketing platform strategy, design and architecture for enterprise clients.
Engaging with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluating tradeoffs and influencing key decisions.
Defining goals for technology components and frameworks including reference architectures and implementations for MarTech/AdTech solutions
Thinking strategically about business, marketing and technical challenges
Integration withMartech/AdTech solutions (i.e., data management platform/customer data platforms)
Project managing through a full lifecycle, including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget
Rolling out complex data driven marketing campaign
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
Leading large and complex digital marketing technology assessments, strategy, discovery, and implementation projects.
Demonstrating hands-on technical development experience in one of the following digital marketing technologies:
Adobe Marketo orsimilar tools
Demonstrating working experience in Scaled Agile delivery models with deep experience in solution design, technical refinement and grooming of user stories.

Technical Skills:
Defining solution and technical architecture
Working with the project manager to define project deliveryapproach.
Overseeing acceptance testing and issue resolution
Working with strategy and planning teams to define marketing activation use case that leverage solution capabilities and best-practices.
6+ years of experience in a MarTechconsulting or marketing/sales operations capacity.
6+ years of experience withMarketo in an advanced/admin capacity (Lead Scoring, Customer Lifecycle, CRM Integration, Lead Nurturing, Data Normalization, 3rd Party Integrations, RCE).
Provide leadership and direction to the team by leading the projects in Agile methodology taking on the different roles as required in the project.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of lead nurturing, lead scoring and sales/marketing organization alignment principles.
Ability to manage and drive multiple marketing automation projects simultaneously.
Organizing and facilitating discovery and requirement capture workshops.
Leading Marketing Automation teams to deliver use cases, customer journeys and campaigns.
