We relooking for a Professor (Surgery) who can undertake Department. Thecandidate must be capable of organizing a department. Ideally thecandidate must have Good Administrative skills as well as Goodclinical

• To make Daily Rounds of all the casesadmitted under his / her unit and give instructions to the StaffNurses and ParamedicalWorkers
  
• To take classes in Out patient Clinics as well asduring Ward Rounds while carrying out PatientManagement
  
• Complete management of a Fulltime Unit includingtraining & supervision of Residents Postgraduate andUndergraduate Students
  
• To perform all such duties to ensure continuedenhancement in the quality of patient care through efficient Healthcare delivery system.
  
• To exhibit keen interest initiative & drive inthe overall development of the Dept. and Leadership Qualities forOthers to follow.
  
• He / She is expected to perform all the dutiesdiligently with utmost sincerity andhonesty..
  
• Any other duty/task/workassigned by any higher authority like Dean Medical SuperintendentHead of the Department from time to time; either in Public Interestor in the interest of upkeep / development of the Department /Institutions..
  

Requirements

• Professor: The candidates having a recognized MedicalQualification MD/DNB(GeneralSurgery)

• Three years teaching experience as Associate Professorin the concerned specialty in Medical College.
  
• TwoResearch Publication during the tenure of AssociateProfessor
  
• AgeUp to 60year
