- Strong experience working with Odoo (OpenERP) and Python/Django
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Linux server administration
- Extensive knowledge of Odoo development framework, including workflow, QWeb, translations, security, and performance optimization
- Experience with Git
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with other ERP systems and familiarity with accounting and inventory management concepts is a plus

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Developer located in Bengaluru. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for customising and developing modules, interfaces, and reports in Odoo, analysing customer needs, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and develop efficient solutions.
Qualifications
Overall 2 plus years with Odoo development is preferable for Developer positions. 5 plus year of experience required for Team Lead and Senior Developer positions.
Automobile retail industry experience is more added advantage.
