- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and update performance evaluation tools, processes, and documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct performance appraisal processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations and goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
- Facilitate the creation and implementation of employee development plans.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on delivering constructive feedback and coaching.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in performance management.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to the performance management system.
