Description
1. Manage day to day office activities.
2. Maintain accounts & bank reconciliation.
3. Timesheet approval and invoice creation
4. Manage creditors reconciliation.
5. Maintain cash box.
6. Manage accounts payable.
7. Control employee advance as per company policy.
8. Publish weekly cash-flow statement.
9. TDS, GST & service tax payment in accordance with tax laws.
10. Cost Accounting for the stocks maintained with the company.
11. Documentation and filing of financial documents (JV, cash voucher, purchase POs).
