    Job Title: Administrative Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Outlook.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • General Office Duties:
      • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
      • Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
    • Scheduling and Coordination:
      • Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences with internal and external stakeholders
      • Coordinating travel arrangements and reservations
    • Office Maintenance:
      • Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary
      • Ensuring the office is clean, presentable, and well-maintained
    • Financial Support:
      • Assisting in the preparation of financial documents, invoices, and expense reports

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Outlook
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload

    Salary Range:

    $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
