    The RMO will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and will work closely with other medical staff and healthcare professionals.

As an RMO, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the smooth functioning of our hospital. This position requires a strong background in either MBBS, BHMS, or BAMS, and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations
    • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as blood work, X-rays, and MRIs
    • Developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans for patients
    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
    • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
    • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
    • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient records
    • Participating in medical rounds and conferences to discuss patient cases
    • Providing education and counseling to patients and their families
    • Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations

    Qualifications:

    • MBBS, BHMS, or BAMS degree from a recognized institution
    • Valid license to practice medicine
    • Proven experience working as a Resident Medical Officer or similar role
    • Excellent knowledge of medical procedures, protocols, and guidelines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
