    :
    Usingcomputerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images ofpatients internal organs andtissues.
    Appropriately positioning patientsto scan specific areas of theirbodies.
    Performing regular warmup sequenceson the CT scanner to prolong the life of the Xraytubes.
    Sterilizing radiologic equipment toensure the safety of patients.
    Correctlyinterpreting doctors written scanninginstructions.
    Administering radiocontrastagents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs andtissues.
    Evaluating CT scans to determinewhether they are of good technicalquality.
    Explaining scanning procedures topatients and providing reassurance and support asrequired.


    JOBQUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
    Bachelorsor associates degree in radiologictechnology.
    State license to work as a CTtechnologist.
    Certified by the AmericanRegistry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT).Proven experience working as a CTtechnologist.
    CPR and BLScertification.
    Sound knowledge of anatomyphysiology pathology and medicalterminology.
    The ability to stand forextended periods.
    Strong technicalskills.
    Excellent problemsolvingskills.
    Effective communicationskills.

    Certification:
    Basic Life Support
