    Job Title: Business Development Executive

    Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, achieve sales target .This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for IT solutions and services.
    • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to generate qualified leads.
    • Prospect and cold call potential customers to introduce our company and qualify leads.
    • Nurture leads through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize lead-generation campaigns and initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential customers.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of IT solutions and services is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.

    Experience Required:- 3 Years to 5 Years (compulsory in IT Field)

    Job Type:- Full-Time/On Role

    Working Days:- 5 days

    Location:- Ahmedabad(No Remote work for this position)

    Salary:-25K to 60K
