Job description
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain a Leads Management CRM that optimizes lead tracking, customer interactions, and sales conversions. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring the CRM is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a full-stack Leads Management CRM using modern web technologies.
- Design and implement a user-friendly UI/UX for managing and tracking leads efficiently.
- Develop robust backend services to handle lead data, workflows, and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., email, SMS, analytics, and payment gateways).
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Integrate AI-powered lead scoring and automation features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to gather requirements and improve CRM functionalities.
- Deploy and maintain the CRM in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or ).
- Strong backend expertise in , Python (Django/Flask), or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Firebase).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Understanding of CRM functionalities, sales workflows, and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML for lead scoring and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with Wati, DoubleTick, TeleCRM, Privyr, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM integrations.
- Experience in building progressive web apps (PWAs).
- Knowledge of No-Code/Low-Code platforms for rapid prototyping.
