    Position Title: BDM || Sr. BDM || AVP || VP - ITeS Sales for International Market (Hunter and Individual Contributors) For US, EMEA, UK and Australia Market

    Location: Noida/ Faridabad

    Essential Responsibilities:

    Go-To Market Strategy

    • Devise and own go-to-market strategy, assess its effectiveness, refine, and optimize to meet and exceed Sales Quota achievement
    • Develop, analyze, oversee and execute growth strategies roadmap, new programs and strategic partnerships.
    • Implement sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales target attainment and expand our customer base in support of Damco's growth strategy.
    • Use your network and Account Target list, based on a mutually agreed GTM plan, to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
    • Balance strategy with operations to ensure effective implementation.

    Lead Qualification

    • Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Presales Team for supporting you in generating and qualifying new leads, eliminating any delays or gaps in the proposal/collateral submission to the client and nurturing the prospects.
    • Define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process

    Opportunity Management

    • Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue.
    • Take a holistic view of every opportunity by following established process and accurately tracking and managing CRM data, review every interaction, activity, and stakeholder involved to make informed decisions and next steps to win it.
    • Generate sales forecasts taking into account client's budget, opportunity stage and probability.
    • Effectively leverage database and research tools to assist in engaging prospects and customers: , , others.
    • Drive participation in global or territory Corporate Visions events, including – but not limited to – Conferences, Workshops, Sponsored Events, Webinars, Regional Events.

    Customer Engagement and Management

    • Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to leverage cross selling, upselling opportunities.
    • Drive customer lifetime value through customer journey; bring programs to help drive business value with customers, customer goal achievement, new features, and new use-cases; collaborating across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.
    • Partner with delivery teams, and advisory/insights team, to drive client issue resolution and retention.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

    Contract Pricing and Pricing Procedures

    • It is your responsibility to determine that the correct prices and official service descriptions are shown in SOW, MSA, purchase orders, and contracts.
    • Any non-standard terms and conditions, pricing, contract amendments and payment terms must be approved in advance of any quotes submitted to the customers by the Reporting Authority.

    All About You:

    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets year after year, with a strong drive to expand business across multiple industries and verticals.
    • In-depth knowledge of Data processing & conversion services, DTP services, Data collection services and other business and HR support related services.
    • Knowledge of annotation, remediation services and automation in data services will be good to have.
    • Extensive experience in selling IT-enabled services, including Customer Lifecycle, Back-office Lifecycle Management, Process & Outsourcing to a diverse range of industries in various global regions, including but not limited to the US, EMEA, UK, and Australia.
    • Proven expertise in selling Support and Back-office Services to multiple verticals, including but not limited to Data Aggregators, Publishing, Recruitment, Healthcare, HR Support, Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Manufacturing businesses, mainly in data services.
    • Ability to establish and meet sales targets, goals and objectives and forecast monthly/ quarterly revenues
    • Thorough understanding of customised business process outsourcing and how to present such challenges as profitable opportunities to clients.
    • Experience in structuring medium and complex large size projects.
    • High level of motivation and solid business acumen with strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Good understanding of ITES/ Support Service selling.
    • MBA / B.E. / B. Tech. / MCA with background in Marketing/Sales/ International Business. Bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
