- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and techniques
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of spare parts and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities
