Oracle University is looking for a Graphic Visualizer/Artist/Designer with a passion for art, design, technology, and innovation, as well as an exciting portfolio of original artwork and design projects. Candidates should possess the skills and experience required to handle design tasks, and be able to manage and lead projects. They must also be able to communicate, consult, present, and interact with curriculum developers and technical experts, independently and as per requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of work experience
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in graphic design, art, or a related discipline
• Strong portfolio

Skills

• Capable of reading and understanding scripts/content, and visualizing concepts and storyboards
• Proficient in both traditional and digital hand drawing and illustration
• Knowledgeable in visual design theories and techniques, such as compositions, perspectives, space, grid structures, layouts, color schemes, themes, etc.
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint
• Skilled in visualizing and creating original icons, diagrams, infographics, animations, workflows, builds, and presentations
• Familiar with design standards, consistency, themes, style guides, accessibility, copyright, and brand compliance
• Possesses excellent communication, problem-solving, language, and presentation skills
• Experienced in working with and within teams, presenting draft ideas, handling projects and responsibilities, and collaborating with global teams
• Capable of working with metrics on individual and team schedules/deadlines

Preferences

• Experience in the technology education sector
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, Applications, Database, Technology and Services preferred but not mandatory new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.
