    The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Egniol's business growth and revenue expansion in Chennai. Responsibilities include identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be tasked with lead conversion, sales presentation development, and proposal delivery, with leads provided by the company.

    Salary Range:* 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum

    Responsibilities:

    Convert provided leads into sales opportunities.

    Identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

    Close leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.

    Develop and execute effective business development strategies to meet company objectives.

    Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.

    Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

    Monitor customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.

    Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor's degree with sales skills.

    0.5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, counseling, BDM, B2B, B2C, inside/in-house sales, BPO, KPO, or RPO.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated ability to execute successful development strategies.

    Target-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to leads.
