    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Create detailed business plans to drive goal achievement and sales quota attainment

    Sales Cycle Management:

    Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure

    New Business Development:

    Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and partnerships

    Customer Engagement:

    Present products to clients, provide after-sales support, and maintain regular communication to understand customer needs and preferences

    Conflict Resolution:

    Respond to complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while preserving the company's reputation

    Agreements and Data Management:

    Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and data

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a sales/customer service role with a solid understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles

    Preferred Skills:

    Outstanding MS Office skills, knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), excellent communication/presentation skills, and ability to build relationships, organizational and time-management skills, business acumen, enthusiasm, and passion

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
