Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team at mtap-technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive Web and Mobile Application testing using both manual and automated approaches to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to integrate quality assurance early in the development lifecycle.
Participate in requirements and design reviews to guarantee testability and alignment with user expectations.
Develop and implement thorough test plans and strategies for web applications, adhering to Agile best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java), Playwright (JavaScript), and Appium for cross-platform (Web & Mobile) testing.
Automate API testing using tools like Postman and Rest Assured to validate system integrations.
Conduct database testing using MongoDB queries to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Monitor release quality criteria and provide an unbiased assessment of product quality before release.
Lead testing efforts for multiple products, including test strategy creation, execution, and stakeholder reporting.
Enhance automation frameworks by developing new test scripts and optimizing execution suites.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to resolve customer escalations and provide technical guidance.
Bonus points if you have experience in the logistics and transportation domain.
