    Job Description:

    We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Reseller Partnership Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in channel sales, reseller partnerships, or B2B/B2C sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • New Reseller Onboarding: Identify and onboard potential reseller partners, conduct onboarding sessions, and provide initial training on Classplus products and sales processes.
    • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners, address their queries and concerns, develop personalized growth plans, and drive revenue generation through reseller partners.
    • Training & Support: Organize regular training sessions, provide ongoing support, and track and report reseller performance and sales trends.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of sales processes and negotiation techniques.
    • Ability to build trust and drive long-term engagement with partners.
    • Experience in mentoring and enabling sales teams or partners.
    • Ability to assess data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies.
    • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and other sales enablement software.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
