Responsibilities:

Execute buy and sell orders for equity securities on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades.
Monitor market conditions, economic trends, and company news to provide clients with informed investment advice and recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and addressing their investment needs and objectives.
Educate clients on investment products, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with research analysts and investment advisors to develop investment strategies and portfolio recommendations.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices for equity trading.
Prepare and maintain records of client transactions, trades, and account activity in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 63, CFA) may be required.
Proven experience as an equity dealer or stockbroker, with a strong understanding of equity markets and trading strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
