    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at HROnTips. HROnTips is a leading provider of AI-powered HR analytics solutions. We are revolutionizing HR analytics by providing our customers with the data and insights they need to make informed decisions and optimize their workforce.

    As an Inside Sales at HROnTips, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our business and achieve our mission of transforming HR analytics. You will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for our innovative AI-powered HR Analytics Dashboards.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound channels
    • Developing strong relationships with potential customers
    • Identifying and understanding customer needs and pain points
    • Presenting product and service solutions to potential customers
    • Negotiating and closing deals
    • Providing ongoing customer support

    Location: Noida

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales) or equivalent experience
    • 1+ years of experience in inside sales or a related field
    • New college graduates with good English skills are welcome to apply.
    • Proven track record of generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in clear, concise, and professional English
    • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Benefits and Compensation:

    • -Generous monthly and residual commissions based on your total sales and subscriptions.
    • No cap on residual earnings.
    • Your primary responsibility involves reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn, scheduling demos, conducting them, closing deals, and signing up new clients.
    • Additional compensation packages may be available based on experience, performance, or specific circumstances.
    • You will continue to receive commissions as long as the clients remain subscribed.
    • We provide comprehensive sales training materials, tools, and ample support to enhance your technical knowledge of our product.
    • 5-day workweek
    • The breakfast and lunch are provided.

    Experience: 1+ years (Fresh graduates with exceptional English skills are encouraged to apply).

    Number of Openings: 4

    Salary: 4 to 9 Lakh INR, plus commission based on experience and skills.
