    Job Title

    Senior Analyst/Team Leader/AM - Real Estate Fund Accounting

    Location

    Hyderabad

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of analysts in real estate fund accounting with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience.
    • Understand and work with various fund structures including Feeder, Master, Blockers, REITs, and SPVs.
    • Perform cash reconciliation and expense reimbursement tasks with accuracy.
    • Work on fund-level journal entries, loan accounting, and capital call and distribution allocations.
    • Have knowledge of real estate fair value adjustments, debt MTM, and NAV, and debt schedules.
    • Exposure to waterfall calculations, hurdle rate, catch-up, and carry.
    • Manage partner's capital allocations, partner transfers, PCAP, and ILPA.
    • Prepare performance reporting, IRR, TWR, and multiples.
    • Contribute to financial reporting, compliance reporting, and investor-related reportings.
    • Familiarity with real estate ERPs such as Yardi and MRI.
    • Work with Investran or similar fund accounting systems.
    • Audit support and client deliverables.
    • Experience with multi-entity/multi-currency structures.
    • Ability to create SOPs and identify process improvement opportunities.
