This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager at Crystal Retail. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, developing and implementing content strategies, and optimizing social media platforms. This is a hybrid role, which means that the role is located in Tiruppur but allows for some remote work.

• Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
• Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content
• Experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and measure the success of campaigns
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
